Today, apologise to someone.

We’ve all made mistakes, that’s not the worst of it. It’s when we don’t try to make amends that the real injustice occurs. Today’s challenge is to apologise for something. You may be hanging onto the high ground, or riding your high horse, or wearing your high hat. But sometimes the highest rise is compromise.

And don’t forget to share your kindness with us in all the usual places – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, email – it may be better to be safe than sorry, but it’s definitely best to say sorry.
