Meet Milo!
Milo is a 1 year old Springer Spaniel X Poodle, currently with Glendee Rescue while he waits for his special human.
Let’s meet Milo!
BTD: How did you come to find yourself in rescue?
Milo: I have “biting” on my record and I bit a groomer. Although I have been very good since being in rescue.
BTD: How are you getting along in rescue?
Milo: I have a few things that make me a bit anxious and maybe these weren’t handled as well as they could have been in my past life, so I am trying to learn to cope a lot better now. I am a bit of an anxious boy and so when I get into a stressful situation I do not always cope very well. But I have some amazing humans working with me now and I am getting better every day.
BTD: Sum yourself up in three words.
Milo: Energy, energy, energy.
BTD: How do you channel all that energy?
Milo: I enjoy a lot of walks. I am so full of energy that maybe that’s why sometimes I react before thinking when I am worried. So, as well as my training and learning, I enjoy lots of exercise to keep me happy.
BTD: What has been your biggest challenge?
Milo: Keeping still.
BTD: What is your best feature?
Milo: I am very good-looking, and I am full of fun, but I think my best feature (and maybe what also makes for my biggest challenges at times) is my sensitive nature. I am a very sensitive boy.
BTD: What would be your dream home?
Milo: Somewhere with a lot of space to run. And maybe a home all to myself. I like other dogs, but I like “me time” more.
BTD: What does it mean to be part of 30 for 30?
Milo: Lots of lots of walks I hope!
