Today, help someone with a chore.

It could be as simple as helping someone with a task at work, doing some shopping for someone, offering to run an errand, or fetching something. And if you do a chore together, not only is the chore finished more quickly but also it’s a great way to bond and maybe even have fun!

And as you whistle as you work your way to Christmas, don’t forget to share your kindness stories. Just reading and thinking about kindness can make us all happier.
