December 3 and window 3! Here is some kindness times three to spread for free!

Give a compliment to the first three people you speak to today.

There are lots of positive and sincere compliments you can give people. It could be that they’ve been very helpful, or they’ve made a wonderful coffee, or they’re very good at their job, or they’re wearing a beautiful colour today. Maybe they’re always there when you need them, or maybe they encourage you, or maybe they’ve done the perfect sit … remember, you can say something positive to the other-than-human animals you speak to as well. There are lots of ways you can show your appreciation and pass on the kindness and encouragement to those around you.

And don’t forget, we would love to keep hearing about your stories as you count with kindness all the way to Christmas.
