Howard’s Way Ahead – by Howard Spring

Today I discovered that when a leaf is perfectly suspended on the breeze it is the most wonderful game to follow it down the street, that when it rains everyone goes to the toilet at double-speed, that come rain or shine there’s always somewhere dry enough for zoomies, that there are now two squirrels in the back garden, that the squirrels prefer the garden to themselves, that I like to eat shoe boxes, that it is to my credit that I don’t eat shoes, that I suddenly become five times as big every night when I get in the big bed, that Human never minds …

… and I sleep.
