Today, for our visit to the park, it rained. And it rained.

Now, a lesser terrier might have thrown in the towel, and then gone home and dried himself with it. But I looked to the clouds and saw the silver lining.

Our park was almost empty! We could zoom for miles and miles. Absolutely no sunbaking or picnics anywhere. We could run and run and not bump into anyone!

So as far as I can tell, rain is excellent. This isn’t just lovely weather for ducks. It’s great weather for dogs too! I had left my Croc shoe at home, but I still took to the soggy park like a duck to water!

Didn’t Buddy Holly sing a song “Rain On”? Think it went something like, “Rain on, it’s a crazy feelin’, And I know it’s got me reelin’” … maybe that’s a reference to fish. Anyway, you see, he got it! He got it! Rain is amazing!

So … rain on, rain on, rain on!
