That’s Jeffervescent! – by Jefferson Airplane
There’s a game that humans play, called the blanket game. The aim of the game is to work out who is on the other side of the blanket. It’s supposed to help everyone bond.
We have our own version of the game, “Who’s Under the Blanket?” The thing is, whenever I play this with Aubrey and Huw and Howard, they always know it’s me!
Given that this is meant to be a team-building and bonding game, I guess that means we have been pretty successful!
We have other team-building games. We play “Scavenger Hunt” (especially when looking for where we have dropped treats or when we are trying to retrieve squeaky balls from under the sofa), “Watch Where You Step” (after we have covered all the available walking space in squeaky toys), “Active Listening” (where we bark at each other and the other barks back), “Lily Pads” (also known as sofa zoomies).
Play is a very important part of bonding. In fact, every day around here is like one long corporate retreat, without the golf.
Teamwork? That’s Jeffervescent!
