That’s Jeffervescent! – by Jefferson Airplane

This is my shoe toy. 

It is a very exclusive shoe, it is a Manalo Barknik. Not Manolo. Manalo. A lot is riding on that vowel. 

I like it very much as not only is it fashionable, but also it squeaks. When it comes to dogs, shoes that squeak are highly sought after. For some reason, humans tend to prefer a silent shoe, once again proving the contrariety of humans.

Also, unlike humans, we don’t tend to care if shoes are in pairs, or even in fours. A single shoe has an importance all on its own.

As you can see, my shoe is in a fashionable “animal” print that bears no resemblance to any animal on the face of the earth.

There is also no way anyone could put a foot in my shoe. Aubrey said to me that my shoe is deconstructing the idea of footwear. I said to Aubrey that I don’t understand, I am too busy deconstructing the shoe.
