So it’s a New Year and another new round of resolutions.
It’s interesting, but apparently most humans fail in their New Year’s resolutions. It seems that the biggest mistake humans make is that they don’t reward themselves enough. Now, we all know that this works well with dogs … set up small, achievable goals and work towards the more complex goal, rewarding all the milestones along the way. But for some reason, humans forget what a good idea this might be for themselves.
So don’t limit your goals. There’s nothing wrong with dreaming big in 2016. But you must always give yourself some credit for all the wonderful progress along the way.
Best wishes to everyone in 2016!
